Harley played football in high school which introduced him to weight lifting. After high school, he continued training which became a passion. In 2002, he decided to turn his passion into a career and became certified through Cooper Institute. He gained experience by working as a personal trainer in gyms in the surrounding area. In 2004, he competed in bodybuilding which led him on a search for knowledge in nutrition and training. In 2006 while still training, he earned his first job in gym management. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide variety of clientele. They ranged from athletes, to bodybuilders, to regular people just trying to get fit to elderly that needed rehabilitation. He prides himself in never losing his desire to obtain knowledge in the field. He strives to learn and apply something new everyday that will make him better at what he does, which in return takes his clients and athletes a step further to reaching their goals.
Harley’s purpose in coaching is to help mold kids to become the best athletes possible in this central Louisiana. At the same time, he wants to help them become better overall and prepare for life in general. He also enjoys training adults who are motivated to make changes to their life through fitness and nutrition. He believes that the physical changes are just a small part of the transformation that can happen when someone adheres to and succeeds in a fitness program.
